Inspect goods on arrival and photograph visible packaging or product damage before installation. Contact us promptly—ideally within 48 hours—so carrier evidence can be preserved.

Depending on the issue, location and component, Ratahome may arrange technical guidance, repair, replacement parts, replacement of the affected component or remanufacture.

No. This written policy operates alongside any non-excludable consumer rights that apply in your destination country.
