Final QC & packing photos
Every piece is inspected, photographed and matched to the packing list before it is wrapped.
Shipping, insurance & delivery
Export crating, freight, marine insurance, customs clearance and white-glove delivery — one team handles all of it. Your cabinetry and furniture arrive inside the home, unpacked and placed, with the packaging taken away.
How your order travels
Every step is coordinated by the same project team that produced your order, so there is never a hand-off where nobody is responsible. You receive photos and documents at each stage.

Every piece is inspected, photographed and matched to the packing list before it is wrapped.

Custom plywood crates with foam lining, corner guards and moisture protection. Stone tops travel on A-frames.

Loading plan checked and lashed before sealing. Whole homes usually ship as one or more full containers; smaller orders consolidate as LCL.

Sea freight to your nearest port, air freight when time matters. Marine cargo insurance covers the full invoice value in transit.

Commercial invoice, packing list, fumigation and origin documents prepared for your market. Duties and taxes are estimated in your quotation, not discovered on arrival.

The crew brings everything inside, unpacks, assembles and places each piece — then takes the crates and packaging away.
Door to door, properly
Many suppliers stop at the port or the front door. Our standard service ends when you are standing in a furnished room with nothing left to throw away.
Truck to your home, apartment or site — including stairs, lifts and difficult access, planned in advance.
Crates opened, protective wrapping removed, legs, hardware and modules assembled where needed.
Each item is labelled by room from the packing list, carried in and positioned to your floor plan.
Crates, foam and cardboard are removed and recycled. You are not left with a garage full of timber.

Insurance & transit damage
Every shipment carries marine cargo insurance for the full invoice value. If anything arrives damaged, you do not argue with a freight company — you tell us, and we resolve it.

One price, no surprises
Product, packing, freight, insurance, customs coordination and delivery are itemised in one quotation. Destination duties and taxes are estimated up front for your market so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Destinations
Custom cabinetry and furniture take 4–6 weeks to produce and inspect in Foshan. Transit times below run from container departure to delivery at your address and depend on sailing schedules and customs in your country. Your quotation confirms both for your order.
Questions
No. We book the freight, prepare and file the customs documents, and schedule the delivery crew. You confirm the delivery date and make sure someone can open the door.
Import duties and local taxes are estimated in your quotation for your country so there are no surprises. Where “delivered duty paid” is available we can include them in one payment; otherwise the estimate shows exactly what is due at clearance.
Tell us within 48 hours with photos of the item and its packaging. Every shipment is insured for the full value, and your pre-shipment QC photos show the condition it left in. We arrange the repair or replacement — you never deal with the carrier.
Yes. We ask for access details (lift size, stairs, parking, delivery windows) before shipping so crates are sized to fit and the crew arrives with the right equipment.
Yes. For full cabinetry projects our factory installation team can travel with the order, or we brief and supervise a trusted local crew, working with your builder or designer. See how it works.
Custom production takes 4–6 weeks after your drawings and samples are approved, followed by 2–6 weeks of shipping depending on your destination. Allow 1–2 weeks of design before that — so most orders are in the home 8–14 weeks after the first brief.
