Personal Information We Collect or Process

We may collect or process the following categories of personal information, depending on how you interact with us:

  • Contact details — your name, company or studio name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp or Telegram contact, and mailing or project address.
  • Project information — floor plans, room photos, style preferences, budget range, timeline, and other details you submit when requesting a quote or consultation.
  • Communications — the content of messages you send us through our website forms, email, WhatsApp, or Telegram, including consultation booking requests.
  • Device and usage information — your IP address, browser type, device information, and how you navigate and interact with our website, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools (we use Google Site Kit / Google Analytics).

  • Payment and transaction information — payment status, amount, transaction identifiers, billing contact details, and related order records. Complete card numbers and financial account credentials are submitted directly to our payment provider and are not stored by Ratahome.

When you use our website checkout, payment details are submitted directly to our third-party payment provider, currently Stripe. We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, amount, transaction identifier, billing contact details, and the payment method type, for order administration, support, accounting, and fraud prevention.

  • From service providers — companies that help us operate our website, host our data, or provide analytics (for example, our web hosting provider and Google Analytics).
