Can I see my furniture before it ships from China?+
Yes. Every order closes with a pre-shipment report — product photos of every piece front and back, detail photos of stitching, edges, finishes and hardware, and container loading photos. You approve the report before the container is sealed.
What is checked during production, not just at the end?+
Frame and joinery, suspension and foam, surface finishing, upholstery and hardware are inspected while each piece is being made, so problems are corrected in the workshop rather than discovered on delivery.
What happens if something is damaged in transit?+
Every shipment is packed to a written export standard and insured for its full value. Report visible transit damage within 48 hours with photos; repairs or replacements are arranged under the warranty and the marine cargo insurance.
Which materials and hardware standards do you inspect against?+
ENF-grade boards, PUR edge banding, water-based lacquer, Blum/Hettich-class hardware, kiln-dried timber with checked moisture content, and stone selected slab by slab. Samples are approved by you before production starts.
