01Do I need a complete list before contacting you?

No. Send the products, plans or references you already have, and tell us which rooms or additional items you’re considering.

02Can I start with a smaller furniture list?

Our service is best suited to whole-home, multi-room and bulk sourcing. For a smaller list, send the products, quantities and destination so we can review the sourcing and shipping fit.

03Do I need to visit China?

No. Projects run from your plans and lists, with photo and video approvals at every milestone. You are welcome in Foshan, but it is never required.

04How long does a project take?

Typically 8–12 weeks from first brief to delivery: 3–5 weeks of production after approval, then about 25–35 days of shipping.

05How is the budget set?

Pricing follows the project scope. We review your plans, room list or selected products and clarify the next steps, then prepare an itemized quote, line by line.

06Do you provide installation?

We coordinate export packing, shipping and customs. Your quote states the delivery point and whether delivery inside the home or installation support is included.
