Description
Winter wheat straw is split, heat-toned and laid piece by piece in more than twenty steps, a national heritage craft, into a sunburst that catches light with a soft, pearly lustre. The three panels are cut with interlocking curved openings, so gold and shadow trade places as you move. Quiet luxury in a humble material.
